Hi,While they give you many options to make them fit, it just did not work for me. Also, when running there would be best described as feedback from the jarring. This I attribute to the wires moving up and down. Cannot really describe other than that so these were not for me.**OK, after I received my refund the manufacturer of the product reached out to me. They wanted to know how to make it right. I again explained that it just did not fit my ear. The headphones worked. They were so diligent that they sent me an unsolicited replacement of a different manufacturer. The point of this was not the 'free' stuff. It was the true genuine follow through to put forth the best customer service that they could. They succeeded. I would recommend that anyone try their product offerings.One of the best customer experiences for a product that just did not work out for me.
